RESET YOUR HEALTH GOALS … HERE
Grab a pen and get ready to write. This should take 2 minutes.
For the purposes of this test – BE QUICK. Write in note form.
At a later stage you can flesh out this plan. The next 6 steps will give you the bare bones of it.
STEP 1. – Scan over your body quickly and as you consider each body part write down any problems you want fixed. Here we go.
Hair Condition? Falling? Lustre?
Scalp Condition? Itchy? Flaky?
Face Colour? Temperature?
Eyes Vision? Irritation? Dryness?
Ears Hearing? Discharge? Tinnitis?
Nose Discharge? Blocked?
Mouth Dry? Lips?
Teeth Sensitive? Gums?
Neck Stiffness?
Throat Soreness?
Glands Swelling?
Thyroid Swelling? Function?
Shoulders Pain? Injury?
MidBack Pain? Injury?
Chest Tightness?
Lungs Breathing? Immunity? Cough?
Heart Blood Pressure? Circulation? Heart beat?
Arms Pain? Injury?
Elbows Pain? Injury?
Wrists Pain? Injury?

OK, done that?
Now quickly answer these questions:
• What’s your energy level like?
• How well do you sleep?
• What’s your diet really like?
• Any foods upset you?
• How stressed are you?
• Are you happy? Do you feel OK emotionally?
• How fit are you?
• Any addictions you want give up?
• Are you carrying any extra weight?
• Are you as strong/fit as you used to be?
• Are you OK with your current self image?
Now here are the big ones:
Again, be quick.
1. When you consider your current state of health, what is it you want more of?
2. When you consider your health status over the last 5 years, how will you look and feel in the next 5 years if you kept going the same way?
3. If you had to ask a loved one what they thought of your health, what’s the first thing they’d say?
4. And finally what’s the one thing that bugs you so much about your health you just can’t stand it any longer?
STEP 2. OK, so after you have written these things down, make a succinct list and then prioritise them.
STEP 3. Here’s the MOST IMPORTANT part – against each item, state clearly WHY you want this issue solved. Be precise and emotional about it. DEFINITELY write this down. The reasons why you want something are very critical to assist with any compliance to a new programme, especially if it requires a bit of effort and constancy. Be quick and brief. Note form is good enough for now.
STEP 4. Next state what you are NOW going to DO about it. Write out the steps you need to take as to HOW you can DO this. Be quick and brief. Note form is good enough.
OK, good. That’s it. So what next? …
RUN THE PROGRAMME: Now don’t even think about anything else, just build this Health Plan into your daily life. DO IT. Run it for a week and then revise this entire process from start to finish. you will be very clear on all the issues that are really deep and important for you. But MAKE A START. Even if it’s just on one major issue. You can add the rest as you go along.
REVIEW IT TWICE DAILY: Here’s the final bit – whatever it is that you decide to do, be true to yourself and decide that you WILL actually follow through. Part of this agreement to yourself is simply looking at this Health Plan morning and night and reading over it. Review it. See it. Think about it. Visualise it happening.
That’s it. But it MUST be in the forefront of your mind everyday. That’s the point.
Remember we have one body and we have one life and our time is now.
Make no assumptions about your health.
Take nothing for granted.
